Allan Bigcas declared his intention to run for mayor in a TV interview after he was…hold your breath…apprehended by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for allegedly harboring substance believed to be shabu and an M-16 rifle. Allan Bigcas says he will undergo rehab to be “a new person” and that he will run for mayor next year.
