Becoming Filipino Kyle Jennermann visits Bukidnon State University

Our friend Kyle Jennermann of the popular Becoming Filipino page recently visited Bukidnon State University (BSU) in Malaybalay City and spoke before a peace education class.

The 26 year old Canadian, who has had good media exposure so far because of his YouTube videos wherein he showcases happiness and inspiration while touring the Philippines, shared his adventures and misadventures as well as anecdotes with the BSU students.

To show their appreciation, the students gave Kyle a “kamuyot” (native bag) and a couple of other products made out of Bukidnon indigenous weaves and dried leaves. Student leaders also gave Kyle a welcome lei.
