The 26 year old Canadian, who has had good media exposure so far because of his YouTube videos wherein he showcases happiness and inspiration while touring the Philippines, shared his adventures and misadventures as well as anecdotes with the BSU students.
To show their appreciation, the students gave Kyle a “kamuyot” (native bag) and a couple of other products made out of Bukidnon indigenous weaves and dried leaves. Student leaders also gave Kyle a welcome lei.
Becoming Filipino Kyle’s visit was upon the invitation of Professor Reina Aserios and also made possible with the help of Mindanaoan.com, the founder of the Bukidnon Bloggers Group and also of BukidnonOnline.com.
