Thank you to Mr. Jim Cunningham for bringing this to our attention. Mr. Cunningham, a native of the United Kingdom, has been a very active supporter of the Bethany Home for Children at the Municipality of Talakag, Bukidnon.

Bethany was founded by an American missionary nurse named Louise Lynip back in the early 1950’s.

Ms. Lynip passed away last July 4, 2006 at the age of 94. Up until she died, Ms. Lynip was still actively involved in the management of the home, which cares for orphaned and abandoned children and offers love, security and an opportunity to be brought up in a Christian environment.
