BUKIDNON NEWS | BUKIDNON BLOG | MALAYBALAY NEWS – A corn harvest festival is ongoing in Bukidnon. According to the information sent to Bukidnon Online, a corn festival is currently being held in Aglayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The event, dubbed “Harvest Festival 2012,” is being held at the Mindanao Grains Processing Corp. plant located at Barangay Aglayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. The Bukidnon corn festival started last August 13 and will end on August 18, 2012.
From August 14 to 15, there will be an exhibit. On August 16, 2012, there will be product presentations. Representatives from companies that manufacture and sell products related to corn production will be present. Department of Agriculture ASec Edilberto de Luna, who also serves as National Corn Program coordinator, will also grace the corn harvest festival in Bukidnon.
Top corn suppliers will also be recognized during the 5-day Bukidnon Harvest Festival.
