Entrep Doy Beltran elected new JCI Bukidnon Century prexy

Proving that public service truly runs in his blood, Erik Dave “Doy” Beltran, the grandson of former Bukidnon Governor Nemitz Beltran and the eldest child of Bukidnon 2nd District Board Member Atty. Jun Beltran has recently been elected as the new President of the Junior Chamber International – JCI Bukidnon Century, the Bukidnon chapter of a globally known federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs.

A graduate of BS Public Administration Major in Local Governance, Doy Beltran is also a business owner, father and husband. He runs a videoke place along Propia Street, Malaybalay City called Enrico’s.

His is a story of hard work and determination. Despite having rich, connected relatives, Doy Beltran strived on his own. He started as a waiter and kitchen staff at a pizza chain, then job order staff as driver and then later on as encoder at a government office. Being a married man with a growing family, he decided to go back to school. When he finished that, he sold BBQ and then later on borrowed money so he can open his small business. Truly an inspiring story of how success and respect from his peers can be achieved through sheer dedication and desire to help others.
