Did anybody notice the Google doodle today?

Internet company Google (http://www.google.com) paid salute to the Philippines today! The Google doodle was in commemoration of the 114th Philippine Independence Day.

Today, Tuesday, June 12, 2012, the Philippines is celebrating its 114th Independence Day. The Philippines declared its independence from Spanish colonial rule in 1898.

Check out the Google homepage today. You may notice that the Google logo bears the colors of the Philippine flag. A sun, which can also be found on the Philippine flag, can also be found on the Google doodle.
