BUKIDNON SPORTS | MALAYBALAY CITY NEWS | MALAYBALAY SPORTS – Hey Malaybalay City! Do you want to stay fit and focused? How about learning how to box from the boxing pros? Here’s good news for sports and fitness buffs in Bukidnon! The Malaybalay Boxing Gym is finally open!
The Malaybalay Boxing Gym is now open and is now ready to accept members. Membership is only Php 500.00 (roughly US $12.00) and this rate is good for 6 months. Per session charge is only Php 100.00 If you opt not to sign up for membership yet, you can visit the Malaybalay Boxing Gym and the per session charge will be Php 200.00
Now if you’re still hesitant to join boxing classes, think of these: According to an MSN article, boxing is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving the whole time. Boxing is a full cardio workout which is, of course, good for your health. When you’re not throwing a punch, you’re ducking and weaving — or doing squats and abdominal work. Because of that, benefits of boxing include not only weight loss and toned muscles but increased agility and coordination.
Which are actually just some of the reasons why Bukidnon Online will sign up for membership!
So come and visit the Malaybalay Boxing Gym inside St. Jude Distributors Compound along Sumpong, Fortich Street, Malaybalay City. Landmarks are the Malaybalay City Water District Office and the Malaybalay City Commission on Elections office. Open everyday except Mondays. Visit the official Malaybalay Boxing Gym Facebook Page
See you all there!
