I bet all of Kibawe, Bukidnon is ecstatic for the upcoming Manny Pacquiao versus Miguel Cotto fight! Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao was born in Kibawe, Bukidnon – as we all know – however, he carries General Santos City (and Sarangani, methinks) in his recent fights. So what I want to know is — where will you watch the Pacquiao-Cotto fight?
I guess I will watch the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto fight in a restaurant or a hotel somewhere. That is, if I don’t decide to avail of the local cable station’s offering of a live satellite hook-up. In previous Pacquiao fights, I availed of live satellite hook-ups. A major pain in the pocket but it beat the fact that I didn’t have to wait for HOURS just to know if Manny won or not.
Anyways, world boxing champ Manny Pacquiao is also on the cover of TIME magazine – Asia edition. Check out the very cool photo of the world’s best pound for pound boxer on TIME:
Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao is set to face Puerto Rico’s Miguel Cotto on November 14, 2009 at MGM Las Vegas, Nevada. If he wins, this will be Manny’s 7th worth title in different weight classes.
Also, just in case you missed the Pacman’s guesting on the late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, check this video out. Did you like the way Manny sung on American TV?
