Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero is now “Datu Matansub”
BUKIDNON – Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero is now a datu.
Last March 14, 2009 in Davao City, roughly a 5-hour drive away from Bukidnon’s capital city Malaybalay, Escudero was adopted as a datu. The adoption of Chiz Escudero as a datu was held during a meeting with tribal leaders from the Mindanao Indigenous People’s Conference for People and Development.
