Mt. Kitanglad named as ASEAN Heritage Park

BUKIDNON NEWS – This is definitely very good news! Our very own Mt. Kitanglad Range Protected Area (MKRPA) has been declared an ASEAN Heritage Park by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) environment officials.
The declaration was reportedly made during the recent 11th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Environment held in Singapore.

BUKIDNON NEWS – A pair of Philippine Eagles was released to the Mt. Kitanglad range in Bukidnon just after daybreak on October 29, 2009. The simultaneous release of two Philippine Eagles was a first for the Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) since it started its release program back in 2004.
