Congressman Flores was the keynote speaker during the 15th Aldaw Ta Kitanglad celebration yesterday, November 10, 2011 at the Barangay Songco covered court in Lantapan, Bukidnon. Congressman Flores used to be the Malaybalay City Mayor for three consecutive terms. Mayor Zubiri used to be his vice mayor.
