Some members of the US Government alumni – Bukidnon Chapter plus several youth leaders from all over the province joined the 2nd anniversary celebration of the Young South East Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) last December 12, 2015.
Dubbed YOUnified, the YSEALI celebration in Bukidnon was part of the nationwide celebration. Bukidnon was one of the 20 communities all over the Philippines that participated.
During the YSEALI YOUnified Bukidnon event, there were discussions that aimed to remind the youth of the importance of volunteerism and how they can be civically engaged. The participants also went to Camp Moriah to feed and give gifts to 300 children.
The YSEALI is a network of more than 100,000 youth leaders across South East Asia working to solve common regional issues.
