HISTORICAL: First ever female police chief for this Bukidnon city
This is a definite example of women empowerment. For the very first time ever, a female is now the chief of police in a major city in Bukidnon.
PLTCOL. Rosalyn B. Cabrigas is now the new Chief of Police of the Malaybalay City Police Station.
The turnover of command was held recently at the conference room of the Malaybalay City Police Station along Magsaysay Street.
