The wife of Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri has tested negative for the Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19.

On Tuesday, the Senator from Bukidnon shared that his wife Audrey Tan-Zubiri tested negative and that it was the “happiest moment” of his life.

In a message, Zubiri said: “My wife Audrey, the love of my life, and mother of my three small children, tested negative for the virus.”

“Thank you God above for that. I’m happy that my family is now safe and will continue their self-quarantine till this pandemic is over,” he added.

Senator Zubiri announced Monday that he tested positive for COVID-19. His father, Bukidnon Governor Jose Ma. Zubiri, Jr. and his older brother, Bukidnon 3rd District Rep. Manuel Zubiri, are also both undergoing self-quarantine.
