Migs Zubiri records perfect attendance at Senate anew

Senator Juan Miguel “Migs” Zubiri has once again recorded perfect attendance at the upper chamber of Congress. The Senator from Bukidnon, who previously served the 3rd District as Congressman, is among the 7 who recorded perfect attendance in the 3rd regular session of the 17th Congress.

This means that Senator Migs Zubiri attended all 61 plenary sessions.

This is not the first time for Zubiri to wax a shiny record at the Senate, though.

On his Facebook account, he proudly shared:

Another Congress with a perfect Attendance record under my belt. Proud to say the I haven’t been absent for legislative work ever since 1998. Thats my commitment and work ethic to do my job well. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

The other senators who have attended all sessions include Senators Franklin Drilon, Gregorio Honasan, Panfilo Lacson, Aquilino Pimentel III, Vicente “Tito” Sotto III and Joel Villanueva.

The 3rd regular session of the 17th Congress ran from July 23, 2018 to June 4, 2019.

Meanwhile, the Senator also recently played tour guide to his parents, re-elected Bukidnon Governor Jose Ma. Zubiri, Jr. and Vicki Fernandez-Zubiri. The Zubiri couple recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in Japan.
