CAPITOL GROUNDS, MALAYBALAY CITY – Spectators during the February 27, 2009 elimination rounds of the Kaamulan Jam 2009 Lock and Load Battle of the Bands were in for a treat when a seemingly familiar personality showed up on stage. A Chito Miranda (lead vocalist of
