Allan Bigcas filed his COC as Bukidnon governor at around 11:30 A.M. today, October 2, 2012. Bukidnon Online was there to cover the filing as part of our ongoing Bukidnon Election Watch 2013 campaign.
Bigcas said that he is running as Bukidnon governor under the Liberal Party but the certification attached to his COC was specifically from Aksyon Demokratiko party. The certification was signed by the party secretary general Ernesto Ramel. Bigcas said that Aksyon Demokratiko was in alliance with the Liberal Party.

Bigcas is set to face Bukidnon Vice Governor Jose Ma. Zubiri, Jr. and independent candidate Delfina Bicatulo in the Bukidnon gubernatorial race.
