BUKIDNON ONLINE | BUKIDNON BLOGGERS – A few days ago, I received an important phone call. No, make that a very important phone call from a very important person. I received a call from former Malaybalay City Mayor and now Bukidnon 2nd District Congressman Florencio T. Flores, Jr.
During the course of our conversation, I casually mentioned to him some updates with regard to the Bukidnon Bloggers group. I told him about the huge success of the first ever Bukidnon Blogging 101 workshop and the formation of the 10-man core group. I also told Congressman Flores about the plans of holding more blogging workshops not only in Malaybalay City but in other parts of Bukidnon as well.
Guess what he said?
Congressman Florencio Flores, Jr. said that he was very pleased to know about the success of the first blogging workshop and that he wanted to meet the Bukidnon Bloggers real soon. He also pledged support – if and when another blogging workshop will be held – and he also hoped that the workshop can be brought “especially to the South.” He said that he was proud of the Bukidnon Bloggers group and that he shares in the group’s mission and goals
I don’t know about you but hey, I find this promising
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
