The Municipality of Kitaotao featured the dances of both Manobo and Matigsalug tribes.

The Kaamulan Festival ethnic street dancing competition is one of the major highlights of the annual festival in Bukidnon. The Province of Bukidnon is home to 7 hill tribes.
