Six poisoned in Malitbog Bukidnon

MALITBOG BUKIDNON | BUKIDNON ONLINE INFO – Six people in Malitbog, Bukidnon were allegedly poisoned after they ate noodles. The six victims were identified as Beverly Langang, Romel Dayanon, Miriam Ardanes and siblings Dominick Bactalan, Jomar Bactalan and Eric Bactalan.

The 6 are reportedly from San Luis, Malitbog, Bukidnon. The victims were rushed to Northern Mindanao Medical Center.

According to news reports, the victims came from attending a fiesta celebration. Still feeling hungry, Eric Bactalan allegedly cooked a pack of noodles and the group shared the food. They also ate sardines.

A few minutes later, the victims allegedly suffered from stomach pains, severe headache and became nauseous.

According to Dr. Rodney Valleja of the Northern Mindanao Medical Center, the alleged food poisoning victims are set to undergo laboratory tests to really pinpoint the cause of the food poisoning.

As of press time, the brand of the noodles has not been made public.
