Bukidnon teacher lands on Top 12 in international beauty pageant
Rachel Anne Valera, reigning Miss Landscapes Philippines 2019, landed on the top 12 of Miss Landscapes International 2019 held recently in China. She was also named Miss Elegance.
Although she failed to bag a back-to-back win for the Philippines, many of Valera’s supporters especially those in Bukidnon still lauded her. The previous winner of the said international beauty pageant, Karen Valera, represented the Philippines.
A Bukidnon State University teacher, Valera is from Malaybalay City, Bukidnon and completed her Masters in English Language and Literature from Mountain View College.
